Music And Thangs is the brainchild of Sis’ Set Sale (a mail order company) and The Record Finders (a retail store). Both companies helped bring a wealth of independent recordings to many homes couldn’t be found in your normal retail outlets. Titles by Clarence Carter, Solomon Burke, Bobby Rush, Lynn White, Canton Spirituals and several others. Many received some radio airplay on the west coast, which resulted, with more airplay in the south! Music And Thangs was established to fill the needs of the new generation as well as other generations discovering the richness and diversity of the Internet.
